The First Thursday of every month, 6:00pm social hour, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
General Meeting where spokespersons from various charitable organizations
recruit volunteers.
Where do we meet?
The Elks Lodge, 5335 South Harvard, just south of Harvard & 51st.
How did we get
started?
First known as Singles for Charity, the Tulsa organization was established
in September 1990 by a woman who realized that volunteering to help make
the holidays nicer for the "less privileged" was therapeutic
and fun. She got her friends involved and soon they expanded their volunteer
efforts to events all year long.
